Shipping & Returns

How Nox Intimacy orders are processed and shipped, and how returns and refunds work.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States by USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier, start from the ship date and are not guaranteed.

Orders are sent to the shipping address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Age requirement

Nox Intimacy sells adult products. You must be at least 18 years old to order. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe was placed by someone under 18.

Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products, lubricants, oils and care products cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Gift cards are non-refundable.

To start a return, email noxintimatetoys@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, including return postage where it applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show it.

Cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
