Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, operated by NoxIntimates, trading as Nox Intimacy, 1411 Williams Street, Bakersfield, CA 93305.

Age. This site sells adult products and is for people aged 18 or over. By entering the site or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally allowed to buy these products where you live.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was shown in error, we suspect fraud, or we believe the buyer is under 18. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns. See our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Gift cards and discount codes. Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used once, in a single order. Any unused balance is not carried over. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.

Product use. Products are for adult personal use. Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and cleaning guidance. Stop use if you experience discomfort or irritation. Product information on this site is general and is not medical advice.

Liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes and governing law. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. To process your order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order details. If you create an account we store your login details and order history. If you put items in your bag, we keep a copy of it for a limited time so it is there when you return.

How we use it. To fulfil and ship orders, take payment, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with. Only the services needed to run your order: payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal), shipping carriers (such as USPS), and our website and email providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Discreet billing. We understand privacy matters. Order emails and shipping labels are sent from Nox Intimacy.

Cookies. We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep your bag and session working and to remember that you confirmed you are 18 or over. Optional analytics or advertising cookies are only used with your consent.

How long we keep it. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. Email us and we will respond within the time required by law.

Children. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
